ABOUT US

Credentials

RXM was first incorporated in 2002 in Singapore and was subsequently restructured in 2010 to reflect changes in equity holdings (ACRA public profile:  https://www.companies.sg/business/201006328W/RXM-ADVISORY-PTE-LIMITED). The company is now serving a wider international clientele through its Singapore,  UAE and India operations and has worked across a wide range of industries and sectors via its strategic and crisis advisory services in corporate finance and dispute resolution processes. Our roles and capabilities as a strategic corporate adviser, business valuer, fraud examiner, and arbitrator were developed through formal training, certification by regulatory bodies such as the Chartered Valuer & Appraiser of Singapore, Certified Fraud Examiners, International Banking & Finance of Singapore, and Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, and also many years of strategic and crisis management experiences during our tenure as corporate advisers for our clients.

RXM was previously holding official appointments in various agencies, including IE Singapore (formerly known as Trade Development Board of Singapore; now known as Enterprise Singapore), where we were resident advisers representing the agency to provide in-house corporate finance and dispute resolution advisories to companies from the public.

We were a former member at Asia Pacific Institute of Experts (Individual Membership of Michael Luke, director of RXM), also served as a committee member of Q179 of The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, generally known under the abbreviated name AIPPI, which is the world's leading international organisation dedicated to the development and improvement of intellectual property. It is a politically neutral, non-profit organisation, domiciled in Switzerland, which has over 8,000 members representing more than 100 countries. The objective of AIPPI is to improve and promote the protection of intellectual property on both an international and national basis. It pursues this objective by working for the development, expansion, and improvement of international and regional treaties and agreements and also of national laws relating to intellectual property. It operates by conducting studies of existing national laws and proposing measures to achieve harmonisation of these laws on an international basis. In this context, AIPPI has become increasingly concerned with issues concerning the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Additionally, we are currently a member of the Society of Construction Law of Singapore, Singapore Academy of Law, Panel of Arbitrators (Michael Luke, director of RXM), Singapore Corporate Counsel Association, Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Singapore Institute of Directors and Industry Mentor at the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering & Maritime Studies of NTU.
