RXM was first incorporated in 2002 in Singapore and was subsequently restructured in 2010 to reflect changes in equity holdings (ACRA public profile: https://www.companies.sg/business/201006328W/RXM-ADVISORY-PTE-LIMITED). The company is now serving a wider international clientele from our UAE and India operations and has served a huge variety of industries and sectors relating to corporate finance and M&A processes. Our capabilities as a corporate adviser, business valuer, fraud examiner, and arbitrator were developed through formal training and certification by regulatory bodies such as Chartered Valuer & Appraiser of Singapore, Certified Fraud Examiners, International Banking & Finance of Singapore, and Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
RXM was holding official appointments in various agencies including IE Singapore (formerly known as Trade Development Board of Singapore), where we were resident advisors representing the agency to provide in-house M&A advisory services to public inquiries and to conduct seminars and workshops relating to merger & acquisition, private equity funding, directors’ dispute, recapitalisation & restructuring, and business valuation including valuation on intangible assets and intellectual properties.
We also served as a committee member of Q179 of The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, generally known under the abbreviated name AIPPI, it is the world's leading international organisation dedicated to the development and improvement of intellectual property. It is a politically neutral, non-profit organisation, domiciled in Switzerland which has over 8,000 members representing more than 100 countries. The objective of AIPPI is to improve and promote the protection of intellectual property on both an international and national basis. It pursues this objective by working for the development, expansion, and improvement of international and regional treaties and agreements and also of national laws relating to intellectual property. It operates by conducting studies of existing national laws and proposes measures to achieve harmonization of these laws on an international basis. In this context, AIPPI has become increasingly concerned with issues concerning the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Additionally, we are currently a member of the Singapore Academy of Law, Asia Pacific Institute of Experts (Individual Membership of Michael Luke, director of RXM), Singapore Corporate Counsel Association, Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and Singapore Institute of Directors.
